Terms of service
The terms that govern your use of Quant.
Last updated: 16 July 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
This website (quantmanager.io) is operated by BN Digital Ltd, 1st Floor, 85 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7LT, United Kingdom, registered in England and Wales under company number 12119005 ("Quant", "we", "us").
These terms govern your use of this website and the beta waitlist. They do not govern the Quant application itself — the application is in private beta, and access to it is subject to separate terms provided with your invitation.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. The service
The site presents the Quant portfolio-management product and lets you request access to its private beta. The site is provided free of charge and without any commitment on our part to keep it available, unchanged, or error-free.
3. No investment advice
Nothing on this website is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and nothing on it is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Content describing the product — including any figures, charts, returns, or portfolio examples — is illustrative marketing material, not a recommendation and not a promise of performance. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. If you need advice, consult a qualified professional.
4. Beta waitlist
Joining the waitlist is a request, not a purchase: it costs nothing and entitles you to nothing beyond a place in the queue. We onboard in small batches, decide at our discretion who is invited and when, and may close, pause, or reset the waitlist at any time. You may leave the waitlist at any time by emailing info@quantmanager.io.
When submitting the form you must provide an email address you control. How we handle the data you submit is described in our privacy policy.
5. Intellectual property
The site and everything on it — text, design, graphics, logos, animations, and code — belong to us or our licensors. You may browse the site and share links to it; you may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit its content without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site: no attempts to breach its security, probe or overload its infrastructure, submit forms in an automated fashion, or use other people's email addresses without their consent.
7. Third-party links
Where the site links to external websites, we are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Liability
We provide the site "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and accept no liability for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site — including decisions made in reliance on its content (see section 3).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you use this site as a consumer, you keep all mandatory protections of the law of the country you live in.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves. The date above shows the current version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also enjoy the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
